Dining and Entertainment
The Dining Room, awarded AAA Five Diamonds, seats 96 for intimate, elegant dining. A private dining room six to 18. Chef Ron Siegel's modern French cuisine with a Japanese influence is available for dinner only Tuesday through Saturday. The prix fixe menu is complemented by an award-winning wine list by Sommelier Stephane Lacroix.
The Terrace, the city's only indoor and courtyard hotel restaurant seats 170 for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday Jazz Brunch. The protected Courtyard offers al fresco dining nearly year-round for breakfast, lunch and Sunday Jazz Brunch.
The Ritz-Carlton Bar seats 40 for cocktails. This cozy room offers one of the country's largest single malt scotch collections.

The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom offers 9,500 square feet which can be divided into four separate salons. The Ambassador, The Diplomat, The Director and The Consulate offer 400 to 810 square feet of meeting space; The Promenade, The Plaza, The Pavilion, The Colonnade and The Board Room 300 to 650 square feet.
